Retained Search
At Thomas Francis Executive Search, we prefer to work on an exclusive and retained basis. By partnering with our clients at the frontend of an Executive Search campaign we are able control the recruitment process from start to finish, crucially allowing us to maintain confidentiality throughout.
The process begins with a strategic briefing to generate a comprehensive list of selection criteria of the individuals we are looking to target. Together, we will define timescales and decide what will be disclosed to the longlist of candidates identified through Market Mapping, Targeted Advertising, Database Searches and Networking. The longlisted candidates will be subjected to an identical interview process with careful vetting against the agreed upon selection criteria.
We will select the very best candidates and submit a detailed shortlist within the agreed upon timescales.
