**Building Owners team for major project

Thomas Francis Executive Search is working in close partnership with a leading top 20 International Mining Business. A household name within the sector they have a large portfolio of producing assets across the globe with numerous large-scale projects at varying stages of development.

Thomas Francis is assisting the client build out an owner’s team to oversee the EPC contractor in the development and construction of this multibillion dollar project.

This Brownfield development is in a remote and hazardous location with a tough operating environment affected by tropical weather. As such the client is seeking candidates with experience in working in remote locations with local workforces.

With the Project Director in place the client is seeking to populate their team with the recruitment of numerous senior managers. Specifically we would be interested in hearing from;

• Construction Managers
• Operational Readiness Managers
• Project Controls Managers
• Engineering Managers
• Supply Chain and Procurement Managers

The client is interested in candidates that have the relevant skill sets and educational backgrounds as well as practical hands-on experience in a similar positions with a major Mining company.

The roles are available on a 7 + 3 rotation and with the construction of a new camp with gym, pool etc camp living is to a high standard and despite the relative low safety risk country has excellent safety and security in place.
